Sal, in the old dairy
Sal is the hotel restaurant, in the old vaulted dairy with the doors open to the garden. Aina cooks what the island gives her: fish from the harbour at Ciutadella, vegetables from our garden and the farm next door, lamb from the north. The menu changes most days and is never long.

Weddings in the walled garden, long-table dinners in the old dairy and buy-outs of all twenty-two rooms. We host a handful a year and never two in one week.
