What we cook, and when
Bread from the wood oven, fish from the harbour and vegetables from the garden. Three places to eat and drink, none of them formal.

Breakfast on the terrace, until eleven.

Sal
Sal is the hotel restaurant, in the old vaulted dairy with the doors open to the garden. Aina cooks what the island gives her: fish from the harbour at Ciutadella, vegetables from our garden and the farm next door, lamb from the north. The menu changes most days and is never long.
