When you book or write to us we keep your name, contact details, the dates of your stay and any preferences you tell us about. If you subscribe to our letters we keep your email address.
To run your booking, to answer your messages, to send you the letters you asked for and to meet the legal duties of a hotel in Spain, which include registering guests with the local police.
Our booking engine, our payment processor and the authorities when the law requires it. Nobody else. We do not sell or rent your details.
Booking records for the period Spanish law requires, usually five years. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any letter.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to stay@calma.hotel.
The site uses only the cookies needed to work and, if you accept, anonymous analytics. Nothing tracks you across other sites.
