The oven in the courtyard was built for the house and still works. We light it at five with olive prunings and the first loaves go in at six.
The starter is from the week we opened. It lives in the fridge in a jar with a label that says do not throw out, because someone once did.
At breakfast
Sourdough, a pa de figues, olive oil from the grove, tomatoes, the cheese from Saturday's market and whatever fruit is in season. Eggs however you like them. Coffee until eleven.

Come and slow down.
Rooms from $220 a night with breakfast. Free cancellation up to 14 days before you arrive.
