The Camí de Cavalls is a 185 kilometre path that runs around the whole coast of Menorca. It is old, well marked and never far from the sea.
Stage 12: Cala Galdana to Son Saura
Nine kilometres of pine forest and the best coves on the island. Start early and swim at each one.
Stage 8: Cala Morell to Ciutadella
The north coast. Red cliffs, wind and a lighthouse. Wilder and emptier than the south.
Stage 19: Sant Tomàs to Es Migjorn
Inland for once, through farms and dry stone walls. Good in spring when everything is green.
Reception has the maps and the bus timetable for getting back.

Come and slow down.
